Join the Civil Justice Research Initiative for its inaugural Berkeley Law symposium. “What’s Happening in Federal Court?” will bring together leading legal scholars and social scientists from around the United States to share their research and discuss the legal process in federal courts around the country. The program will provide a venue for the speakers and participants to evaluate their findings and other recent research, as well as discuss and consider potential strategies for future research in this area.
